Or in the Advance Search Area...
There are several ways to find adjoining parcels in this application...
On the top of the 'Adjoiners' results page, you have two options; 'Print Report' or 'Export to Excel'.
Finding comparable sales in real estate you would use the 'Comp Sales' Search menu...
From the Search Tab you are searching with in the current extent of the map. If you zoom closer in you can narrow the search. If you choose to pick a radius extent in this window, the radius starts from the center of the screen.
From the latter two options, the radius search starts from the centroid of the parcel. Zooming in or out does not effect the search unless you choose to search by the 'Current Extent' (i.e. the visible extent of the screen).
